Vietnamese Ingredients
Inspired by the land and its people, MIAs celebrates the harmony of Vietnam’s local ingredients.
Each spice and herb carries the essence of its region, coming together to create dishes that are both authentic and refined.

Cinnamon
Introduced centuries ago through spice routes, cinnamon found its way into Thai cuisine as both a warming note in stews and a fragrant whisper in desserts. At MIAs, it’s reimagined with restraint — adding structure and softness in unexpected forms.

Star anise
Anise, Pimpinella anisum is also known as aniseed. It is a flowering plant in the family Apiaceae native to the eastern Mediterranean region and south west Asia. Its flavor has similarities with some other spices such as star anise, fennel and liquorice.
